Although this has shown promise in many women, be aware that they can have some serious side effects including, but not limited to, blood clots. Other medicines sometimes prescribed are patches, antidepressants, and blood pressure medications.

Natural treatments are the choice for many. Natural estrogen, phytoestrogen, are beneficial for many. These are found in foods like soy beans, whole grains, and other foods. Vitamin E and/or vitamin B complex can also be a good supplement for some.
